Rejuvenate & Relax

Salt therapy is designed to provide great cardiovascular and skin benefits. The Halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical grade Himalayan salt and gently mists it into the room. Our salt lounge offers a beautiful salt wall with soft lighting to create a relaxing, peaceful space.

You will sit in one of our zero gravity loungers and relax. The Halogenerator will gently mist the salt into the room while you read, listen to music, or take a nap. 

Each session is 30 minutes. 

There is a space heater if you’d like to increase the temperature, or you can keep it at our standard 69 degrees. 

You can wear anything you’d like, but keep in mind it will get a fine salt mist over it. Salt therapy is great for your skin, so feel free to dress in shorts and a tank top to maximize skin exposure. There is a changing space inside the room for your convenience. 

The Salt Lounge will have separate pricing and is not included in memberships.  There are single sessions for $30, a 5-session punchcard for $130, a 10-session punchcard for $250, or an unlimited monthly membership for $200/month.

Traditional saunas use a heat source to heat the air to a point that initiates the body's natural cooling process. Infrared saunas use a heat source to heat the air. Infrared saunas emit light waves that penetrate the body to stimulate the health benefits from within at a cellular level.

Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off with). If you forget a towel, you can rent one for $3. Water.
